Mike is currently the High School Principal at Miami Valley Christian Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio.

- The new school opened in the fall of 2004 and had its first graduating class in May of 2007.
Mike was the the principal at Anderson High
School in Cincinnati, Ohio for 18 years. Anderson has approximately 1400 students between the grades of
9-12. Listed below are the accomplishments Mike has achieved while principal at
Anderson High School:
- Principal of Anderson High School when it was selected in 1996 by the U.S.
Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School.
- Principal of Anderson High School in 1991
when the school was the only Ohio school to be recognized by the U.S. Department of
Education at a White House ceremony for Drug Free Schools.
- Principal of Anderson High School when it was selected by the Ohio High School
Athletic Association, 6 years in a row, in 1998 and again in 1998 to 2003 for the association's
"Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity Award."
- Presented the "Asset Builder Award, from the Ohio Safe and Drug Free Schools
Program, Ohio Department of Education, December 1999.
